HubSpot Licenses: 6 Hubs are available and each Hub has up to 4 levels.

Example 1: $60/month/person (list price)

That's $600/month and $7,200/year (LIST PRICE ).

The Team

  • 4 people are highly engaged with customers day to day.
  • 4 people and back-office support but also need to enter data in the CRM and 2 of them assist with marketing.
  • 1 person is over marketing and they have 2 helpers accessing the marketing tools
  • The CEO wants to view data and reports in the CRM but will not enter data.
  • Integrations: Outlook and Outlook Contact Sync, Gmail and Gmail Contact Sync, Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
  • 120 Custom Reports are used - dashboard data is emailed to the appropriate team every morning at 9:05am  as a .pdf and as a PowerPoint.

  • Their 25 page website is built and hosted using HubSpot and they use landing pages, a blog, email marketing, AI to generate content and they use CTA's.
  • For AI they generate images, content, meta descriptions, emails, and blog content.
  • HubSpot provides the Website analysis and SEO tools.
  • They have 4 shared email inboxes and use HubSpot forms, chat and chat bots on the website to convert website traffic into a support ticket / drive visitors to a searchable online knowledge base and to create leads.

Our Industry Accelerators are free when we receive Partner Credit for your purchase of HubSpot licenses.

How to Buy HubSpot

  • Ideally, connect with Convergence first as we are uniquely positioned to show you how HubSpot can support your business with our accelerators. 
  • Define your requirements. We provide a Quick Form that helps you see what's possible and then you can choose what you'd like us to show during your live HubSpot demonstration.
  • After the demonstration, we typically provide you with 1 hour of free training and a Free version of HubSpot to use. This is not a pilot or trial. You can use the Free version which will be lightly modified for you. There is no cost or obligation. After using HubSpot for a few minutes, you'll see just how easy and effective this tool can be.
  • Based on your needs and budget, we will generate a quote. The quote will include costs for HubSpot licenses (annual subscription) and Onboarding fees. Onboarding is the setup, customization and training provided by Convergence along with the Accelerator(s) you may need. 
  • Onboarding typically takes less than 30 days for most organizations.

To Get Your Software Pricing - you must meet with us directly and our Industry Templates are not available from HubSpot.
